For UK companies of 100–250 people

Stop guessing
where AI will pay.

Find out where AI will actually pay in your business, what it could be worth, and the questions you’ll need to answer before anyone signs off a penny.

Describe your business and get a costed map of where AI could save time and money: the opportunities worth chasing first, the workings behind every figure, and the hard questions finance will ask. Built for leaders of UK firms with 100–250 people.

Free. No sales call needed. Every figure shows its workings.

Your business.
Your AI opportunities.
The workings on show.

A rough range is useful only when the assumptions are visible. The prompt asks seven questions about your business, then builds a shortlist with the maths behind each figure and the questions finance will ask.

How it works

Three steps. About ten minutes.

01

Get the prompt

Enter your name and work email. Receive the AI Value Map prompt with simple instructions.

02

Run it in your AI

Paste it into Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT. Use your company-approved work account and answer seven questions. Rough numbers are fine.

03

Challenge the numbers

Review the map, then type FD 1 to pressure-test the highest-ranked opportunity as a sceptical finance director.

What you get

A clear place to start.
A rough sense of what it’s worth.

A shortlist, not a long list.

The handful of AI opportunities that matter most for a business like yours, ranked.

A rough price on each one.

Estimated ranges with the maths on show, so you can change any assumption you disagree with.

A check on what you’re already spending.

Where existing AI and software spend is or isn’t earning its keep.

The sceptic’s view.

Put any opportunity in front of a “sceptical FD” and see where the case is weak before your board does.

What the next 12 weeks need to achieve.

Clear milestones, so you know what good looks like. A proposed plan to work towards, not a guarantee of results.

A one-page board summary.

Ready to share with your leadership team, with estimated ranges and the assumptions clearly labelled.

Honest numbers, clearly labelled

Know what’s solid.
Know what still needs proving.

Most AI tools tell you what you want to hear. This one shows its working. Every figure is marked as an estimate, every assumption can be changed, and the sceptical-FD test is built to pull your numbers apart. You’ll know what’s solid, what’s a guess, and what you’d need to prove.

None of the figures has been tested by finance yet. Check the calculations, replace assumptions with real data and look for opportunities that may count the same saved time twice.

Your leadership team

Take this to your board.

Your one-page AI summary: top opportunities, estimated value ranges and next steps, written for a leadership audience.

Get the prompt by email, run it in your AI tool, then copy the board summary from your results. Review the figures and assumptions before sharing.

Before you start

Is this an app or a prompt?

It is a prompt delivered by email. Paste it into your chosen AI tool to run the interview and generate your map. There is no separate AI account to create with The Achievement Algorithm.

What business information is needed?

A description of your business, headcount, revenue, team sizes, average salary, existing AI tools, costly work and priorities. Approximate figures are enough to start.

Where do the business answers go?

You enter them into the AI account you choose. How that provider handles the information depends on your account and company settings. Follow company policy and use an approved tool. Do not enter client names or personal details.

Will every AI tool give the same result?

Results can vary by model and account. Check the arithmetic and assumptions before using the figures. The supplied prompt was tested on fictional recruitment and law businesses in Claude; Copilot and ChatGPT still need testing.

Does the finance-director test approve the figures?

No. It challenges assumptions and asks what evidence is missing. Finance approval remains a decision for your business.

What comes after the map?

Make AI Count is the eight-week programme that teaches your team to find, value and own AI opportunities. Discuss your business, the assumptions behind your map and whether the programme fits your team.

From estimates to evidence

You’ve got the map.
Now make it real.

These are estimates, built on assumptions about your hours and costs. Turning them into measured results means checking them against real data, getting a first win live in a real process, and building a team that can keep going without outside help.

That’s what Make AI Count does. In eight weeks, your own team finds, values and owns your AI opportunities, and keeps the capability for good.

Count pounds, not prompts.

Start with a clearer view of where AI could pay — and what still needs proving.
